Who we are

DriveSlots is operated by DriveSlots Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17339713), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

For dealerships (subscription terms)

If you subscribe to DriveSlots as a dealership, the following also applies:

• 90-day money-back guarantee. If, in your first 90 days, you have not booked more appointments than in the 90 days before you started, tell us within 30 days of that period ending and we will refund the subscription fees you have paid. The guarantee assumes you have actually used the service — your booking link live on your website and your team using it — and applies once per dealership.
• Founding dealers. A limited number of founding places are offered. The first few are a 90-day free pilot with nothing to pay; the rest pay from the start under the guarantee above. Founding rates are held for as long as the account remains open and in good standing.
• Pricing & billing. After the pilot, the service is billed monthly and priced per vehicle you advertise, reviewed each quarter. Founding-dealer rates are locked for the life of the account. Paying annually fixes your price for that year.
• Cancel anytime — no lock-in. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time and will not be billed for the following period.
• Your data is yours. You can export your appointments and leads as CSV at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Your data), during the pilot or after. On request we will also provide a full export, and we will delete your data following cancellation in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Bookings

DriveSlots lets you request an appointment to view a vehicle at the dealership you book with. Submitting a booking is a request to attend at the chosen time; it is not a contract of sale and does not reserve or guarantee the availability of any vehicle.

Vehicle availability & pricing

Vehicle details, availability and prices may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free.

Changing or cancelling

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment using the links in your confirmation. We may contact you to confirm, change or cancel an appointment.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service. We may decline or cancel bookings we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this booking service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
